Previous Condition: He used to work in aluminum factory as a day labor they did not pay sufficient amount for his hard work. That is not sufficient to full fill his family expenses. So, he had decided to start his own business (making aluminum door window and other Aluminum related work). By taking loan from relative he had constructed trust to start his work. But he had no sufficient machine to work smoothly and could not get order and contract for work too. At the same time, he had to close his business due to COVID-19 lockdown. He lost his income which was the main sourceof income in the family. It was very hard for him to run the family during that time. Already he had taken loan with his relative to construct trust to run factory. Again, had to take loan to run the family during lock down. He was only the income provider of his family, his income was not sufficient to run his family. He could not not pay school fees of the children. They have no saving to invest and expand in other business. Their loan was increasing day by day again lastyear his mother got heart attack he had to take 1 lakh 50 thousand loan for his mother’s treatment. His loan had been increasing day by day in this situation he could not pay back loan from his income and couldnot think of expanding business. He had no aluminum punching machine which is very important for aluminum work which cost more than 60 to 70 thousand he had no saving as well as no way to take loan that’s why his business was not running well. Before getting support he has to take in others factory for punching work it taked more time, some time he had to wait for whole day to get his turn he need to hire vehicle take materials there and had to pay for punching too so he could not get profit from his work.

GNN Support:  After getting aluminum punching machine from Good Neighbours Nepal  He says “I did not need to hire vehicle, pay for punching as well as my time has been saved so I am able tofinished work on time that’s why demand has been increased then before.” He has learned lesson from his critical financial/income crisis in the past that there should be alternative source of income for sustainable live hood. So, he has decided to open small snacks shop for his wife in his factory by managing small place. Now his wife is alsoearning some amount form her small shop. “After getting Aluminum punching machines support my 50% burden haven gone.

Result: Now we both husband wife is earning and my income has been increased by 25%. And paying back loan and able to pay school fees.
